How long has BioScience Forum been around?
BioScience form was formed in 1983 as the Northern California Pharmaceutical Discussion Group (NCPDG) and incorporated in 2002 as the BioScience Forum, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

What is a typical event like?
BioScience Forum events are structured to encourage the open and active exchange of ideas and information across scientific disciplines. The cross-disciplinary format of our events includes a networking reception, dinner and presentation led by a distinguished scientist, followed by a vibrant question and answer period. Guests are encouraged to participate and contribute to the scientific dialog.

How often do you have events?
Starting in 2024, BioScience Forum will hold quarterly events for its members.

Do I have to pay to attend an event?
Event attendees are charged a registration fee to help offset costs associated with the event. There is typically an "early" registration price and a "late" registration price. Details can be found on the registration link for the event.

Can I register on the day of the event?
Due to the limited capacity in our new event location, no walk-in / on-site registrations will be accepted.

What happens if I register but cannot attend?
Registrations are transferable to another person for a given event, but no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be credited towards a future event.
